Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. The Gracia Sport gift card can be used to purchase products from the Gracia Sport online store.
2. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the gift card can no longer be used.
3. The gift card is intended for one-time use and can only be used to pay for one purchase.
4. The full value of the gift card must be used in a single purchase. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the unused balance will not be refunded or carried over to a future purchase.
5. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the buyer must pay the remaining amount using the payment methods available in the Gracia Sport online store.
6. . The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
8. Gift cards purchased online are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the Gracia Sport online store’s terms of sale and the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
9. By using the gift card, the customer agrees to these gift card terms and conditions.
