How long does it take to send order?

We are working from 9.00 till 17.00. Text us and if you have any questions. If you wrote after 17.00, please let us maximum 24h for answer. info.graciasport@gmail.com

How long does it take to ship the order?

Usually we send the order within 1-2 working days, sometimes it may take 3 working days, depends of product size.

Are all products available on site?

Yes, everything that is on website, what you can order, the system will limit you, in case you want to order more, than the products are in stock.

What is return conditions?

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price due to an error.

The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects, the Online Store will replace the defective goods.

If the product purchased from the online store is defective or unsuitable, the online store will replace it with another product of the same price. The online store will only replace the product with another one, the amount paid for the product will not be returned.
